Teambuilding

The teambuilding program you request from Morrison Associates will be designed to the issues and goals of your specific team, not a prepackaged product pulled off the shelf. We blend process with education:  We design the experience, deliver it, and your team walks out with pragmatic action steps relevant to their goals.  But beyond that, they leave with clearer knowledge of their power as a team and how to preserve that power by knowing the constructive and destructive dynamics inherent with all working management teams and their leaders.

Leadership Groups

Sometimes an offshoot of teambuilding, Morrison Associates aids in the selection and establishment of a senior group of managers who become the corporate leadership group. Their responsibility is to address the issues of culture, morale, succession, risk, etc. We facilitate each monthly meeting, and are responsible for continuity and integration.
