Topics include, but are not limited to, dealing with emotions; managing issues around competition; giving and obtaining structure; addressing excessively high personal standards; and making positive changes. Although the ideas presented are easily integrated with the concepts outlined during the assessment day, many executives who have yet to complete their assessment have found them helpful.
